Sarra Kakar Attorney & Managing Partner
Sarra Kakar is a personal injury attorney who represents individuals injured due to the negligence of others. Her practice focuses on personal injury matters, including motor vehicle collisions and other negligence-based claims.
Ms. Kakar is known for her determined and strategic approach to representing injured clients. She works closely with medical providers, experts, and investigators to develop well-supported claims and pursue the full compensation available under the law. Through her work, she has helped resolve hundreds of personal injury claims and is committed to pushing cases forward when necessary to protect her clients’ interests.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Kakar gained experience working on the defense side of medical malpractice matters. This experience provides her with valuable insight into how defense counsel analyze and approach complex injury cases, strengthening her ability to advocate effectively for those she represents.
Ms. Kakar earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and her Juris Doctor from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in the State of California.

Diana Mamoeva Attorney & Managing Partner
Diana Mamoeva is a dedicated trial attorney who represents individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. With prior experience defending insurance companies and healthcare professionals, Ms. Mamoeva brings a unique and strategic perspective to personal injury litigation.
Before founding her practice, Ms. Mamoeva worked as defense counsel representing Mercury Insurance in automobile liability matters, where she gained valuable insight into how insurance carriers evaluate, defend, and resolve claims. She also has experience in medical malpractice defense, representing physicians and healthcare providers in complex litigation matters. This background allows her to anticipate defense strategies and advocate effectively for her clients.
Ms. Mamoeva now focuses her practice on personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injury claims, and complex liability cases. Her prior defense experience enables her to build strong cases designed to maximize recovery for injured clients.
Fluent in Russian and Armenian, Ms. Mamoeva proudly serves a diverse community and is committed to ensuring that language is never a barrier to accessing quality legal representation.
